Problem with Post Writer

    I’m having a problem with the Visual Rich Editor when writing a post or entry. At work, the Rich Editor works fine, however at home, the editor, instead of showing the graphics for bold, italics etc, show words like ‘b’, ‘i’ and ‘more’, and instead of showing the post or page, show a strand of HTML! How can I correct this? Help!

    I am using Firefox. Is this something to do with it?

    Maybe at home the visual rich editor isn’t turned on? There are two place you need to check for that: in your profile under users, and under options -> writing.

    Check your browser settings and version. And also do you have installed flash etc. plugins.

    I don’t think Flash will make any difference, but make sure you’re allowing Javascript to run.
