Problem with posts

Let me start of with, this is a great plugin, i love it, it helps alot with my site, however today i notice something for the first time since ive been running this plugin, my posts are being doubled up, i have been looking for a solution online and havent found any, just hoping you know how i can fix this problem.

Also just a thought for a possible future update, “since u can force import all the playlists and channels at once, i think there should be an option to import a single playlist or channel. i.e. allow the other the keep working as is, just force the playlist/channel i select.
