Problem with Privacy Policy

    When anyone tries to submit an application, it says the following:
    You need to read and agree to our privacy policy before we can accept your application. Please click the ‘Back’ button in your browser, read our privacy policy, and confirm that you accept.

    I have tried to fix it and am not sure how or where to look.
