Problem with properties inside Model Details

    Good Evening WordPress Forum, I’m searching help about a new discovered problem about the “properties” or “entry”, inside our model sedcard.

    Inside our model card there were 21 properties, like hair color, height, weight and so on, but now on new model Cards there are no more properties and it’s not more possible add new. If I try to add new entry, the system crash and come back on the start of the page.

    I tryed also clone an old card to be able to have all the properties again, but then I can’t remove the old pics inside the profile. And the system crash again and come back as before.

    I contacted the Theme Developer and they say the problem depend from the Tag Manager code. I removed it but the problem is still there.

    In developer Tool of Chrome the model sedcard register a problem.
    Can someone let me know what can I do?

    What plugin are you using for this “sedcad” (whatever that is)? Or is it part ofyour theme?

    When the system crashes, what error messages do you see?

    Hi Steve, thank you for your answer. There is not a plugin, the Model Cards are part of the theme (the name of the theme is Scent from Coffee Cream).

    When the system crash doesn’t appear any error, just the page come back on the beginning without making any kind of variation. That happens in case I try to add a new property in new model card or if I click on “remove image” on a cloned model card.

    Errors like this should be logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

    Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

    You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    You’re using a commercial theme, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Ok Thank you, I will Try to follow your advice. Hope to solve this annoying problem soon.
    I already asked to the Theme Developer, but with not so much luck.

    I will let you know if all goes ok.
