At first, we couldn’t find such issues. the order QR code on PDF is working fine on our demo site. Later we found out that it might be due to hosting. If you are using cPanel hosting then select another PHP version from Native PHP. please read this documentation about this issues
Go to Cpanel and find Select PHP version. Now Choose Another PHP version (Recommended Upper Version) and save. and must avoid the native version of PHP.

@sharabindu When you see that, send the customer to your site. That’s not optional and if you support customers on this site again that will be a real problem.
