Problem with Quiz

i am writing here because i don’t know what else to do. my reseller of GHL refuses to help me and there is no where for me to get help as a consumer of a GHL reseller. your support was so responsive and helpful last time for the plug in, I’m hopeful you can help or get me the contact who can.

the Quiz in GHL has a bug in the results template. I made a category quiz, its set up correctly, please, its right, that’s not the problem. the problem is that it each time you go into the results (edit template) it show a different output to the dynamic results on the page. the copy says for example category a = x copy, go out and go back in it says category a = abc copy, this is across all categories. if i set it up wrong it would show the same error each time, it doesn’t. there is a a bug and my reseller refuses to help me or pass on the issue. I’ve made about 5-6 explainer videos and emailed back and forth about 20 times and it’s been 5 weeks.
