Problem with radio and conditional fields

Hi,
I use conditional field in my CF7 forms from years…

Now I have a little problem: my FORM is set to display a radio choice form “1 – 2 – 3” if a previous radio is set to “A”.
Il it is set to “B” the radio choice is “4 – 5 – 6”.

If a user select “A” and then “2” but after this want to change to “B” e “5”, the first choice “2” is still selected… so in the email the field value is 2 and 5.

How can I “deselect” the value if I change the first radio?
