Yes, simplybook_token_admin is prefixed with v2. We don’t check the backend often, but the connection has been lost again:
“We’ve lost the connection to your SimplyBook account. Reconnect by logging out in the general settings.”

Thanks for that. We have identified one other case where the ‘token decryption’ could fail, which would also result in getting logged out from the plugin’s dashboard.
This has been addressed in the next update of the plugin (to be released soon), which I will attach on the link below for you to try.

UPDATE: Even after updating to version 3.1.1, the problem still exists in our projects.

That’s indeed possible, if you were using the current release (3.1.1) of the plugin instead of the .zip that I attached in my previous post: as the adjustment I mentioned had not been included in the current (3.1.1) version of the plugin on ww.wp.xz.cn yet.
The aforementioned fix will be included in version 3.2.0 of the plugin, to be released soon; at which point I would be very interested to hear about your findings.
