In Codex , in the “Hardening WordPress” section, there is the following recommendation:

“Rename the administrative account: On a new install you can simply create a new Administrative account and delete the default admin account”

    .

I followed this recommendation and found that is not all that relates to user admin, removed actually.

In WP database was stored parameter “admin_email”, containing the e-mail address that very default admin user (deleted?). As a result, an administrator by default seems to be removed, but, for example, after creating a new user WordPress sends notification to (default) admin’s e-mail.

I would like to know whether it is bug, feature or a problem with my particular installation?

Sorry for bothering. It’s just unchanged parameter in blog options caused this problem.
