    Hello @onairstudio,

    We apologize for the delay in our response. Has the Show Rating option been disabled? If it has and the rating is still not disappearing, do you have cache on your site? If so, we recommend clearing it first.

    This issue can also be caused by optimization features on your site. We recommend disabling cache and optimization features to troubleshoot this issue. These features are often provided by third-party plugins. You can try deactivating those plugins to disable those features.

    Elementor also has its own caching feature. If the above steps do not work, you can disable Elementor’s cache feature under Elementor -> Settings -> Features -> Element Caching.

    If these steps still do not resolve the issue, we recommend deactivating all plugins that are unrelated to Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit. This will help ensure there is no conflict between plugins.

    Before following the steps above, we recommend backing up your site data to ensure it can be restored if something goes wrong.

    Thank You!

    Hello @onairstudio,

    How are you? It’s been a month since we last heard from you, and we hope you’re doing well 🙂

    We’re curious, have you been able to resolve the issue?

    We wanted to inform you that since there has been no further conversation on this topic for a while, we’ll be marking it as resolved.

    If you encounter any other issues while using the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin, feel free to create a new topic! 😀

    Thank you and enjoy your weekend! 🏖️

    I have tried to activate the Show Rating feature and the stars appears on the rectangles.

    I have tried to deactivate all the plugins except Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit and the problem still persist. I have tried to clear all the cache too.

    I have tried to deactivate the Elementor caching as you showed in the picture but nothing changed.

    Is there any other option to solve the problem? Thank you

    Hello @onairstudio,

    We apologize for the delay in our response. First, could you provide us with the URL of your site? This will allow us to review it and perhaps identify what is happening.

    At the moment, we don’t have any clear clues. We’ve tried to replicate the issue on our end, but the stars appear correctly. The star icon in the JKit - Testimonial widget can be changed to another icon. You can try replacing the star icon with a different one to check if the issue persists with another icon.

    We look forward to hearing from you.

    Thank You

    Hello, I have tried to deactivate all the plugins but nothing changed, the only active plugins are Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit. Here you are the link for the page: https://wedding.ilritrovo.it/

    I have tried to change the icons too but nothing changed, I have tried also to delate the widget and put it again in the page but the problem still persist.

    Do you have any other tips or any way to check it on your side?

    Thank you

    Hello @onairstudio,

    Currently, we don’t have a clue about what exactly is happening. On our side, the testimonials are working fine, so we are struggling to replicate the issue you are experiencing.

    For now, we would like to confirm again if you have set the rating in the Rating option? If not, perhaps you can add it first.

    If you have already ensured that the rating is configured, could we get the section template? You can save the section first as a template, export it, and provide us with the .json file. For more details, please refer to Elementor’s documentation at the link below.

    https://elementor.com/help/template-library/

    For now, this is all we can provide. We will wait for your further updates.

    Thank You!

    Hello, I have tried enabling and disabling the rating. I checked and the problem appears when this code is inserted in the page:

    <script src="https://cdn1.matrimonio.com/js/wp-widget.js?symfnw-IT73-1-20250219-012_www_m_"></script>
    <div id="wp-widget-reviews">

    Leggi <a href="https://www.matrimonio.com/ristoranti-ricevimenti/il-ritrovo--e13995/opinioni" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow">le nostre recensioni</a> a &nbsp;
    <a href='https://www.matrimonio.com' rel="nofollow">
    <img src="https://cdn1.matrimonio.com/assets/img/logos/gen_logoHeader.svg" height="20">
    </a>
    </div>
    </div>
    <script>wpShowReviews(13995, "white");</script>

    Do you know how can we solve the problem?

    Thank you

    Hello @onairstudio,

    We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. Could you please let us know which plugin or service you are using for the review shortcode?

    We have tested using the Widgets for Google Reviews plugin, and the JKit - Testimonial widget was still able to display the rating correctly.

    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-reviews-plugin-for-google/

    We recommend reaching out to the support team of the review service you are using, as there may be an error or issue occurring with the shortcode. You can also check for any errors on the frontend using your browser’s console.

    Thank You
