I installed five (the newest one too) versions of the plugin, but in every single one I have an issue with interface. It looks like the plugin doesn’t have CSS and JS.

The issue in your screenshot is almost certainly caused by a conflict. Please try a full conflict test as described here: http://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/troubleshooting/plugin-theme-conflicts/. Let me know what you find.
