problem with repeat donations

    Hello again,

    You marked my concern as resolved, but there are still a number of repeat donations that have not gone through. Can you please help me work through this problem. I’m afraid that we might be losing some money from these donations that were suppose to repeat but are not.

    If you’re getting 0 dollar donations with no data, that is almost undoubtedly spam. However, you can dig through the log and see if there are donations that have gone through. You can also check PayPal.

    I’ll leave this open in case you have more information and my guess is wrong.
