Problem with root directory. HELP!!

I changed my blog root and my site ended up not looking correct. I changed the root back to its original address and now I am unable to access any of my control panels. I need help very very badly and quickly. My site is located at spgsales.com. You can see what I am talking about when you go to the site. I really need immediate help if anyone knows what I am talking about. I just need to restore the old address so I can have it point back.
