Problem with "sale Price" and SubTotal

Hi.
Thank you for plugin.
the bulk discount is OK, in cart and checkout and subtotal
but if a product simultaneously have “sale Price” and “bulk discount”, not applied in subtotal.
Can you tell me some fix ?
