problem with saving changes

    Hey Shery,

    Thanks for posting!

    Were you making changes to the content of the page, or just its styling? If it’s the latter, perhaps it’s caused by caching. If you can share the URL of the page in question, we can check. 🙂

    Hi Ben,

    I’ve added a small text at first and it looked like the page builder froze.Sometimes the changes is saved and sometimes not saving.
    I am talking about text and style.

    I cleared the cache, update the plugin, and deactivated all he other plugin but i am still have the same issue.

    I’ve done some quick Google search and there seems to be some problems with Beaver Builder on GoDaddy hosting platform, such as in this video, for example.

    So it doesn’t happen all the time? It sounds like a ModSecurity issue, a security feature from your server. Can you send us a note via hello [at] wpbeaverbuilder [dot] com with a link to this thread and we’ll take it from there? 🙂
