    Hey there!

There could be a few root causes for why the file isn’t showing up as available.

The first one is that the plugin can’t generate the file due to file permissions not allowing it to create either the folder (https://yoga-laurence-lhermitte.com/fr/files/wysija/temp/) or the file (https://yoga-laurence-lhermitte.com/fr/files/wysija/temp/export-02f849e2fb34792f5558.csv)

This can be fixed by changing the file permissions your server/host has setup to allow creating those folders and files.

The second issue might be some redirect rules in place on your server, that’s preventing that folder structure from resolving.

It sounds like this might be in place, as you mentioned changing the permalinks / url to a sub directory.

This might be enforcing a redirect to prevent direct access to the files/folders there.

Your host will likely be able to tell you through access logs what exactly is going on when you visit that URL, and whether or not the plugin is able to create the folder / file needed to create the export file.

Hopefully that helps! Have a great one!

    Hello again @fran330 ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Have a great day.
