Problem with saving the subscribers export csv file
-
Hello,
Only now I am stepping from MailPoet 2 to MailPoet 3. So I need to export/import the subscribers from MailPoet 2First, after exporting, when clicking on “save the export file”, I got a “page not found error”
https://yoga-laurence-lhermitte.com/fr/files/wysija/temp/export-02f849e2fb34792f5558.csvMaybe a URL problem? Indeed when migrating our multisite from one host to another, we moved from the sub-domain system to the sub-directory system
I thought that maybe MailPoet hadn’t taken that change into account…So I tried using the old URL for saving the export file: I changed the export file URL (I put “fr.” in front of domain name instead of “/fr” at the end of it)
Like this:
From
https://yoga-laurence-lhermitte.com/fr/files/wysija/temp/export-02f849e2fb34792f5558.csv
To
https://fr.yoga-laurence-lhermitte.com/files/wysija/temp/export-02f849e2fb34792f5558.csvI then got the home page of the sub-site alright: https://yoga-laurence-lhermitte.com/fr/
which was an improvement, but no window or box allowing me to save the file.Is there a way for me to save the export file ?
I hope you can help,
Thanks for your attention
