problem with “scheduling”

    I recently was away from the internet for several weeks, and I set several posts scheduled for when I was away. However, the posts were not posted, and when I open the post editor, the status says “missed schedule.” Am I mistaken thinking that these posts would be automatically posted on the scheduled date, or did something go wrong?
