problem with scrolling effect of "read more"

    Hello,
    i try to make a clickable header and remove completely the site title.
    I could make this placing <div id=”site-meta” onclick=”location.href=’http://mysite/&#8217;;” style=”cursor: pointer;”> at the header.php .
    But putting this,not work the scrolling effect of “read more”.
    It scroll down but immediately goes up.
    There is a solution?
