It looks like the Facebook crawler cannot access that webpage. Are you running somekind of security plugin that filters based on the user agent? Try disabling that plugin and trying the debugger again (click on the ‘Fetch new scrape’ button a few times).

It’s working now!
Thanks for the help JS.
Hi Js,
I seem to be having problems again with the og image being shown when shared.
It’s not consistent at all.
I’ve purchased a pro licence but the problem still persists.
You mentioned before that I might have installed a plugin that blocks the facebook crawlers but I’ve disabled them all, tested it and still no change.

Please help.

When caching plugins and front-end services like cloudflare etc. get in on the action, it can be a little troublesome to debug. Up until a few versions ago, NGFB was using a query parameter to check for duplicate meta tags, which could trigger issues with non-standard caching plugin configurations. Version 8.0.3 should fix that problem, and if you’re no longer blocking social website crawlers, you should be fine now.
Since you’re using the Pro version, please open a ticket if you have further issues — ww.wp.xz.cn limits forum messages to Free versions only. 😉
Thanks,
js.
