Problem with shipping classes

Hello there,

I bought a plugin for weight based shipping which works fine in combination with woocommerce, however i still have some problems. I use the weight based shipping method for dropshipping items. But i have a few items which i send from my local inventory.
I asigned a shipping method to it which i created in woocommerce. But if a customer is choosing a item from my local inventory which they combine with a dropship item both shipping classes will be showed, with the opertunity to choose one of both. How can i stop this?
