Problem with shipping methods since 9.3 version

    Hello!
    Until version 9.3, shipping calculations were done perfectly, I have them set to be free from €99 and if not, they are €14.95
    With version 9.3 it does not changed the method and always charges the customer with shipping costs even when the orders exceed €99.
    I have gone back to a previous version, 9.2.3 and it works correctly again.

    I just tried to reproduce this case and everything is working as expected on my end with WooCommerce 9.3.1.

    My Free Shipping setup (offering free shipping for orders over $99): https://d.pr/i/xXMbp0.

    My Flat Rate shipping setup (offering Flat Rate $20 for order amount below $99): https://d.pr/i/4oIcg0.

    There are multiple ways of hiding other shipping methods when “Free Shipping” is available. I use this plugin on my test site WC Hide Shipping Methods.

    Can you please share your shipping set up? It will help us understand what could be wrong on your site.

    Hi!!

    I was recording a video to show you exactly the problem and also so that you could see the plugins on the website and when I update again Woocommerce it works fine again… I don’t really understand what happened, or what I modified, but now it shows the free shipping method if the order exceeds €99…
