    Hi,
i’m facing a weird conflict issue between my shipping zones.

i have three shipping zones :

    – the first is covering the whole country (France) for orders lighter than 30kg. three shipping methods are proposed ( Mondial Relay(plugin used)/free, Colissimo/6.99, Chronopost/7.99)

    – The second is covering only the Capital’s region (Paris- IDF) for orders heavier than 30kg. Only one shipping method is proposed : delivered by us for free

-The third is covering all French metropolitan regions except Paris region or orders heavier than 30kg. Only one shipping method is proposed : delivered by transporter for 120€.

Shipping zones are arranged from the narrowest to the widest.
    which gives : second>third>first.

When arranged this way, my first shipping zone is not found when user is in the right configuration ( anywhere in france, order lighter than 30kg)

In fact, no matter how i arrange my shipping zones, the one positionned last in the list becomes unavailable.

Can you tell me where it comes from and how to solve it ?

    Thank you !

    Hi @nicowob123,

On the first glimpse it looks like the shipping zones configuration issue. Have you enabled the Debug mode at WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options > Enable debug mode and checked which zone is actually matched after entering the shipping address resulting in no shipping methods being displayed?

    Kind regards,

    Hi @nicowob123,

Did you manage to find out what was responsible for the issue you’ve encountered? We haven’t heard from you for almost a week.

    Kind regards,

    Hey Lukasz,

sorry, yep all is ok !
just needed to configure two zones with all methods in each, instead of creating a third containing my two firsts.
thank you for your help !
