Hello,
Is your post a custom post type, a post, or a page ?
Thanks!

Hello @wpjmike
Thanks for your quick reply. It is a page but it is the same problem with pages and posts. I did not test on a CPT
Ok !
Normally, If you are using a page it should work so it must be something else.
Are you using a cache plugin ? If yes, please flush the cache or temporarily deactivate it to see if you can make it work.
Lastly, if this is not cache-related, and if for some reason your theme handles things differently, you might wanna activate the “Widget support” option for the corresponding post types. That should do the trick.
Let me know!

Thanks a lot @michael, it works with the “Widget support” option (did not see that one ^^) I don’t have cache
What does this widget option ? 🙂
This option forces the processing of the content to make the links work.
It is required to do that when the shortcode is placed in a “Sidebar widget” (outside of the content) but it is necessary on your install for some reason.
Glad this worked for you !
Cheers!

Thanks for these further informations, I will try to search deeper what could be the problem. Thanks again for your very quick help !
No problem !
If you’ve been enjoying the plugin and the support, it would mean a lot if you could take a minute to leave a quick review here.
Your feedback not only helps me improve the plugin, but also helps other WordPress users discover it.
Of course, no pressure at all, I’m just glad it’s working well for you now!
