    Hi,

it looks like this is inside a link, right?

Does the Shortcode work on its own, without anything else in a cell? Does the Shortcode work outside of a table, in a plain post/page?

    Regards,
    Tobias

yes, it must be inside the link like this:
    [table-cell id=36 cell=I100 /]
as I told you before several times and you confirmed it.
The second reason it must be inside the link, is, that this is the affiliate link.
If I put it without any link, it displays like this: [table-cell id=36 cell=I100 /]

What should I activate to see the price and not the shortcode? Please provide a screenshot.
    Thanks,

    MIlada

    Hi,

are you actually doing what I’m suggesting? What do you see when you put

    [table-cell id=36 cell=I100 /]

inside a table cell (without a link, for testing), and inside a regular post or page?

    Regards,
    Tobias

of course, I already replied you, I am repasting my reply from above:
when I put it without any link, it displays like this: [table-cell id=36 cell=I100 /]

    Hi,

this means that the Shortcode is not parsed at all.
If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

That would be kind of you!
Can you please give me your email, so that I can give you my credentials?
I am afraid, but I do not know how to setup the fake admin.
    Thank you.

    Hi,

as I wrote above, my email address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”.
You can set up another admin in the “Users” menu in your WordPress dashboard.

    Hi,

thanks for the email! I was able to log in and found the problem, after I looked at the screenshots again that you have posted:

You are testing this in the “Preview” of the table 6. This will not work, because the [table-cell ...] Shortcode does not work in the admin area.

To test this, just add the Shortcode [table id=6 /] somewhere to a post or page. You will then see that it works 🙂

    Tobias
