Problem with slide description

Hi, I have problems with the slide descriptions which are normally shown inside the image, at the bottom. Now the slide descriptions are shown incomplete and only after 1 full round in the slider. For years I have been using this plugin with the same settings every time. Any older slider has the same problem so I think there will be a general problem with this plugin. How can I fix this? The plugin is fully updated.

Hi @lizannevanesch,

I think it could be a CSS conflict.

Can you share the exact URL of the live slider where the slide description is enabled?

OR

Make a test page and add any slider with a description?
Share the page URL here, I will check the problem for you.

There are more but these are some examples.

At first you will see no description at all but once you have seen a full round the description will be there but not within the settings I have done. No matter what setting you choose, the problem remains the same. I hope you can find the problem 🙂 thanks!

Sorry for the delay.

Try this below code into the custom CSS field:
```
#content p, #content ul, #content ol, #content table, #content address {
    margin-bottom: 0px !important;
    margin-top: 0px !important;
}
```

Thank you!

The problem is not completely fixed unfortunately 🙁 yes your screenshot is how it looks now. But the descriptions are only shown sometimes, even when there is a slider description it does not show in every picture. Also the style (layout 3 in our case) does not show graphically. Its the same if I test with other layout styles. Our setting are always that you will see an transparant black text block inside the photo at the bottom (like layout 3). Can you fix this also?

Can you check the slider and let me know the text in Slide Title or Description part?

Also, make sure all sides have the text.

Yes, all the slides have a different description, but it’s only visible when you haved clicked one full round through the slider.

For example, the first photo has this text:
Op 25-01-2022 trappen we het bewustzijnsprogramma af met Sandrine!`
Page: https://www.broodenrozen.nl/programmas/bijstandsvrouwdatetopman-7/

And still not the layout from style 3. In the past we did not have any of these problems 🙁

I think the slide transition effect has some conflicts.

Try to add a spacer block after the slider shortcode.
