Problem with special characters plug-ins

Hi there!

I have the Falbum plugin running but i have problems with special characters, like words with accent (ex: á,é,í,ó,ú) in the titles, buttons and description zone. U can see it at http://www.pdsxxi.com.ar/galeria.

In falbum gallery (wordpress) the special characters don´t want to work, but at Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/pdsxxi/) special characters work fine.

When i try to see the gallery in wordpress, all my template (that runs in utp-8) seems to fall down of the sky 🙁 because navegation (header), sidebar and footer don´t show words with accent (special characters) too.

I have a similar problem with suscriber2 (http://www.skippy.net/blog/plugins) sending notifications and printerFriendly (http://www.deltablog.com/2005/10/10/wordpress-plugin-printerfriendly/)

I try to fix this isuee whit Character Set Conversion plugin (http://kimmo.suominen.com/sw/charsets/), but i don´t have any lucky.

How can I fix this problem?
