    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). This will deactivate all of your plugins, including whichever one is providing the two-factor authentication.

    Once you log in, deleting that plugin from the Plugins section of your Dashboard *should* clear the settings. Either way, you’ll likely be able to reinstall it and reactivate it to re-establish a new device for two-factor authentication.
