    Hello,

    I have a problem with the Stripe payment with Woocomerce.
    I use the plugin WooCommerce Stripe Gateway.
    Since end of May I had no problem, all the payment done by the customers were automatically confirmed and I have received the payment from Stripe.
    Now I have found that the payments are no more automatically confirmed and after 7 days are refounded back to the custoemrs. If I manually confirm it within 7 days no problem but this is something new for me and of course I don’t like this option that force me to watch at the Stripe dashboard and go for manually confirmation each payment received and if I forget to do it within 7 days the payment is refounded and I need to contact again the customer.
    I have already contacted the Stripe support and they told me that it’s something that belong to the Woocommerce plugin

    Hi @atai,

    I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the Stripe payment gateway.

    Please confirm if the Capture charge immediately is enabled in the Stripe settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments. Here is a screenshot for reference:

    If its setup correctly, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status to understand how your site is configured? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hello,

    thanks for your promt reply.
    The set up that you have showed on the print screen was not correct.
    I have enabled now the capture option.
    This is very strange because it has worked perfectly until June.
    It could be a plugin updating that has removed this setup?
    I will now monitoring to see if everything works perfectly again
