    Hi,

    We recently implemented your plugin, and had a customer that ordered one of our boxes to be renewed. Yesterday was the day that the renewal was attempted through Stripe, but the payment is pending. Upon looking at the Stripe logs, it seems as though we are receiving an error 400 that states:

    “The provided PaymentMethod was previously used with a PaymentIntent without Customer attachment, shared with a connected account without Customer attachment, or was detached from a Customer. It may not be used again. To use a PaymentMethod multiple times, you must attach it to a Customer first.”

    Do you know why this error is occurring? We have other subscribers that will be trying to renew soon, will they run into the same issues? Thanks in advance for your help.

    As per our understanding the issue maybe due to older version or subscription or stripe or maybe due to some other conflicts of issue in the stripe

    I am using the latest versions: Stripe 9.1.1 and Subscriptions for WooCommerce 1.7.4. I just had another subscribed customer fail to renew. Same message as before.

    This is the message in the order notes section. Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to manually retry the payment processing later as it suggests (that I’m aware of.)

    By checking order notes it seem like customer card token is not saved on their woocommerce account on which subscription renewal through stripe is not working

    If card token is not saved or if it is removed by customer followed by my account then renewal will not process
