    Hi @4rnaldo,

    Thanks for posting on the forums and sorry to hear of the problems you are having.

    What is he getting if he tries to access the plan?

    Could you please try verifying and repairing membership tables from the following path (back up your database first)?

    Admin -> Membership -> Options -> Advanced Tab

    Also if you can please share me the page link on your site where you have added the plan so that i can troubleshoot it.

    Hi table are ok, I made also repair setting but they was already ok, nothing has changed.

    Dear just to be clear when a customer is making the payment to subscribe to access to Membership plan, he can’t access after paying to the plan. Finished the payment in paypal when he get back he is still not recognized and still is asking him to pay

    Could I ask what your IPN settings are at PayPal. Is IPN enabled? What is the return url you have set for that?

    Hi,
    I asked PayPal to activate IPN setting, they said will be able in 24h.

    What url do I have to set for return then?

    You should be able to set that like so:
    http://(yoursite.com)/paymentreturn/paypalexpress

    Hi and thanks for your useful answers, meanwhile PayPal is activating my IPN if I want to insert another Payment gateway with Credit Card how to add it on?
    and 1 last question, I saw on:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/membership/
    when you click on Get Membership >> that it appears a nice registration form with 3 step, how can I made the script work like that?

    Hi @4naldo,

    Thanks for your questions. I’m not sure I understand about inserting another gateway, could you clarify?

    If you’re interested in adding a gateway yourself, you would need to know how to code. And for that matter, you could look at the existing gateways and simply copy one of them and rename the classes and functions as needed.

    You’d then have a simple template for creating a new one!

    As for the registration page on our site, that’s actually a totally custom solution made by our developers and web designers. But also, we don’t actually utilize Membership there, but another custom solution.

    However, Membership does include a popover registration form.

    Perhaps that may work for you?

    Hi and thanks for your reply. From PayPal they was asking me to insert in the code this:
    <input type=”hidden” name=”notify_url” value=”nuovo_URL”>
    how can I put it in the membership plugin?

    I can also be interested in the Customized registration Form that you have is that available too? Is existing a place where to buy it?

    Hi @4rnaldo,

    The custom registration form on our site isn’t currently available for sale, I’m afraid. Really, it’s mostly just CSS styling added to a popover, thus similar can be done with the Membership popover subscription form.

    Also, you wouldn’t need to add that code from PayPal, Membership takes care of all you need, you just enter your PayPal details.

    Hi @4rnaldo,

    That’s all that’s needed on the Membership end, just your PayPal details.

    Please note, you’ll need to be sure you’re using Live credentials for Live purposes and Sandbox credentials for testing purposes.

    If you mix those up it won’t work correctly. Are you using Live credentials currently?

    And have you now tried testing payments after proper configuration of IPN at PayPal?

    after they recorded three, I do not go out anymore button “add new”!

    Thanks for your question. That’s actually a limit in this free version. The Premium version would be required to create more than 3 access levels or subscriptions.
