• I am trying to sync zettle with woocommerce but it keeps loading forever and it doens’t sync. Taxes, country and €, i already checked they are all good on both platforms. can you help me?

    When the Zettle sync keeps loading, it usually means that something is failing in the background and the plugin is unable to complete the request to the Zettle API. Matching tax, country and currency is a good first step, but we will need to see the logs to understand exactly where it breaks.

    To move forward, please do the following:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs in your WordPress admin.
    2. In the log dropdown, look for an entry related to Zettle, for example starting with “zettle” or “paypal-zettle” and select the latest date, then click “View”.
    3. Copy the full contents of that log and paste it into PrivateBin at https://privatebin.syde.com, set a sensible expiry time, save it and send us the PrivateBin link.

    Once we have the logs, we can determine why the sync does not complete and provide an exact fix.
