Problem with Tabs Block

I am using the tabs block for posts on my word press website. I am using tabs block for multilingual content. In the fist block I put the post in Hindi language, second tab has same content in english language. In some posts third tab has the video version.

The problem I am facing is that in google search the main post is not appearing when I search for the key word. Instead the tags page will appear. This is happening in many pages.

Please let me know the reason why is this happening when I am using the tabs block. In posts where I do not use the tabs block then the posts appear normally in the google search
