Please link to the page on your site where you are using the shortcodes – its impossible to troubleshoot from a screenshot.
Also what shortcodes are you adding to the page?

i use this plugin Tabby Responsive Tabs, and shortcode:

Looks like the scripts are not being loaded. Does your theme have wp_head() & wp_footer() hooks?
Do the tabs display if you switch to the default twentyfourteen theme?
