It seems that I tried something else and it worked:
- the learndash tag when the course starts appears automatically when the user signs up for the course.
- but the tag when the course ends never appeared.
- then I configured fluent crm to apply the tag when the course ends
- this worked but when I went to the wordpress profile it didn’t appear instantly, I had to press resync tags for it to appear.
so what could be causing one tag not to sync right away but the first one does?
