    Thanks for your question.

    You’ve stated that you would like to show the VAT in the checkout but without increasing the price. That means the VAT needs to be included in the price beforehand.

    So in the settings, for both Display prices in the shop as well as Display prices during cart and checkout, you need to go for including tax.

    Hi i have this meeting but the problem is the same I don’t know why.

    I have create a VAT of 23% but for Portugal but when I active the VAT the price rise of the product despite I have the same setting that you

    Hello there 🙂

    My recommendation is to check the setting “Default Customer Location” in your WooCommerce → Settings → General, then try changing between the options there to make sure the prices are shown including tax.

    Also, be sure if you have any caching plugin, make sure to clear the cache in your browser, and test on an incognito browser window to see if the issue is persisting.

    Lastly, may I ask what is the option selected in your WooCommerce → Settings → General →
    Prices entered with tax?
