Problem with taxonomy

Hi, since new 1.16 version I have a problem with custom taxonomy. I used Custom Post Type Permalinks to get link like this https://robertbuczabuczyn.com/galeria/sesje/studyjne by typing in options https://robertbuczabuczyn.com/galeria/%portfolio_category%/%postname%/
Now I get https://robertbuczabuczyn.com/galeria/%portfolio_category%/studyjne/ so page not work
How to repair it?
