I have the same problem.

Everything is perfect except for the fact that the logo isn’t there.

Settings, General, Branding, Logo URL, everything ok, I also can see the preview but the logo doesn’t appear in the header.

I checked the configuration again and again but the logo still doesn’t show in the header.
I also got a message from Google Search Console. It says: Invalid value for the “width” attribute in the “amp-img” tag. The problem is reported in these 3 pages:
