Problem with the password reset

    /login-2/?errors=loginrequired the problem is that every time i’m going to login it does’nt let me

    and when im trying to change my password “forgot-password/?errors=invalid_captcha” i have this problem

    Anyone knows how to fix it

    Hello @greekonline,

    It seems like the issue is specific to your site, where one of the existing plugins on the site could be conflicting with ProfileGrid. Could you please check it after deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid? Then check if the issue is still there.   

    In case the issue is resolved after deactivating all other plugins, you’ll have to find which plugin is conflicting with ProfileGrid and keep it deactivated. You can check this by activating the plugins one by one and recreating the issue in ProfileGrid with each activation.
