Problem with the personal data field

    Hello Support,

    I have a problem with the form of personal data. Once I select an appointment comes the personal data section and there it shows me the flags and names of the countries of the world. I do not get anywhere there, because you can not click anywhere. What do I have to do?

    Hello @mediamacs,

    I have checked the given URL and I think there is some conflict with the popup you have used for the shortcode. Please place the shortcode on the page instead of the popup and it should work fine.

    Please let me know how it goes. And we will investigate further for the popup support and if we find any issue in the BookingPress plugin, we will solve it in future releases.

    I have tried the suggested and have inserted the shortcode into the page. However, the problem still exists.

    What else could i try?

    I also wanted to ask if it is possible to synchronise Bookingpress with an Outlook calendar so that I can see the appointments in the Outlook calendar.

    Regarding the shortcode not working, please fill out the contact form https://www.bookingpressplugin.com/contact-us/ and please share your page URL and temporary admin access to your website so our support staff will check and assist you further.

    Regarding integration with Outlook calendar, it’s already added to our TODO list and hopefully, it will be available in one of the future releases.
