    Hey all,

    At the moment i am using this plugin with a buddypress website. This went well until today. We now have 2 users which have the same problem all the time when they are trying to register, even with other emails.

    The problem there is that when you go to member requests the additional data gives an question mark and the other details are unknown even to the filled in everything. This is only with 2 users.

    If you need any more information then please let me know!

    Could you provide some screenshots of where you’re seeing the question mark data and whatnot?

    I wouldn’t worry about those two spots tooooo much. I do need to find a replacement for a couple bits though from the looks of it.

    The [ ? ] spot is supposed to be a flag representing the country their IP address originates from, and the right side is supposed to be more data like which city etc. However, the API the plugin uses looks to not be functioning any more.

    Ah oke. That explains it. Then we will just continue with the others that are coming in good and accept them and we will send the others a mail who has that problem.

    Those spots are just some “extra” info that is left over from before I took over as primary developer of the plugin really. The missing info is because the API being used to query is missing. If they’re legit users that you know, approve them by all means. Emailing them won’t change anything regarding our plugin functionality 🙂
