problem with the server, HTTP response code 500 ()

we are having issue saving table press. It gives s the following error:
“Attention: Unfortunately, an error occurred. There was a problem with the server, HTTP response code 500 ().”
I have reached out to our provider NETWORK SOLUTIONS and they have responded with this message:
“Thank you for contacting Network Solutions. We are committed to creating the best experience for you.
Tips for troubleshooting error: Try clearing the cache (browsing history) then close your browser and re-open the browser. Try a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer. If this do not fix the issue reachout to TablePress. I hope this information has been helpful. We appreciate your business!“clearing cache/history and trying different browsers haven’t help.
any idea how to fix it?
We are currently using Table Press Version 2.1.1 and we do not have premium. Please help!
