Problem with the supermag theme

    Hi
    I tried to display the shortcode on my site page, but no quiz appears (just like this: https://prnt.sc/vbme73),
    The theme of my site is supermag

    But when I use the Twenty Nineteen theme, the quiz appears on that page
    Is this a problem with my theme?
    Can you make it compatible?

    I have tested it again on my live site, and the problem is not showing up
    The problem appears only on my test site, and on my live site there are no issues
