    I have found an issue with the ticket status filter. I am using the spanish version of the plugin and I do not know if this also happends in other languages.

    If I have a ticket with the word “nuevo” (new) in the ticket title and use the filter to filter for “nuevo” ticket (new tickets) the result list contains: all the tickets with new status + this ticket with the word new in the tittle.

    To double check this issue, I have created another ticket with the words “En progreso” (in progress) in the title and the result list contains: all the tickets with in progress status + this ticket with the word in progress in the tille.

    As far as I know this should not work in that way because the filter is to filter for ticket status, is that correct?

    Yes, ticket filters have different options, as far as the ticket filters for status are concerned like In Progress, New Ticket, etc they can only be used for it. If you can share some screenshots, that will be helpful to investigate.

    Hi @estibalizartesap,

    Following up on this case. Does this happen on the front end or on the back end panel? If it is on the front end ticket list page, the search filter looks for all the field values that match with that word. If it is in the back end, please confirm us to check this deeper.
