We recommend updating the theme and if this does not solves the issue, reaching out to the theme’s support so they can help you with this issue.
If you have experience with this, you can also update it manually. We have a guide on it here.
But this is a Developer level documentation, If you are unfamiliar with code/templates and resolving potential conflicts, we don’t recommend doing it by yourself as it can cause bigger issues on the website. If this is the case, please reach out to the theme support or a developer.
