    Hi,

A client of mine have installed Amelia on her website and there is a problem with the timeslots in the backend.
There is a standard timeslot of 15 min. She has a treatment that lasts 45 minutes. There is no problem when booking via the frontend. You may choose e.g. 9.15 og 12.45 as you prefere.

If you go via the calendar in the backend, the timeslot is 45 min for the treatment in question – as it should be, but counting from midnight – see picture. This means that you can, for example, book an appointment at 11 am in the frontend but in the backend it is not possible. The first available time is 11.15. How do I solve it so that you can book at 11 am also in the backend?
I have tried to recreate the error/feature but it is not possible.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. The timeslots are shown in both the backend and frontend according to the employee work hours configuration and the service duration. There are also some additional options, such as “Use service duration for timeslots,” which can affect how the timeslots are displayed in the backend.

However, if you go to the User Role settings in the Admin section, you can find the option “Allow admin to book at any time.” This option allows the admin to make bookings at any time, even outside the employee’s working hours.

    Regards,
    Stefan
