    Hello everyone,

I have one issue and I can’t solve it by myself. Can anyone please help me. I already ask same question on support for plugin Tiled Galleries Carousel Without Jetpack, but still don’t have any response.

I’m using plugin Tiled Galleries Carousel Without Jetpack but my images are viewed by Easy FancyBox plugin. Everything work like charm, my only problem is that all image titles are removed for some reason when opened in FancyBox full size. If I set gallery options in plugin Tiled Galleries Carousel Without Jetpack on “Thumbnail Grid” the titles are show up, but when I set it on “Tiled Mosaic” there is no any titles in FancyBox.

How can I resolve this issue? May I somehow use both plugins and view image titles when opened in FancyBox? Obviously there is some conflict between two plugins and I can’t find solution.

    Thanks

  • I’m not familiar with “Tiled Galleries Carousel Without Jetpack” but I do remember that the tiled gallery option in Jetpack does something ‘funny’ to the title and/or alt attributes. It think it removes them and copies the content over to create these ‘on-mouse-over slide-up titles’…

It looks nice but the problem is that this blocks FancyBox from reading the title/alt attributes to create the title in the lightbox.

Only way around it would be to create your own javascript snippet that places the img alt attribute back when needed. Maybe on the ‘onclick’ event or even on page load (but after the titled gallery script has initiated!)

If you’ve no experience in javascript/jQuery, then this will be a daunting task 🙁

RavanH thank you very much for your response. I do have some experience in javascript but meanwhile I have found solution in another plugin.
