Problem with translation

    Hi,

    I have a strange problem. In the Auction Nudge settings, I set the Language in “Italian”. In the preview I see that the translation it’s done, but when I put the shortcode in the page the plugin show me all the texts in english. How can I solve?

    I used the shortcode [auction-nudge tool=”feedback” lang=”italian”]

    Hi @inyourmind,

    Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.

    Strange – I have tested this on my install and this is working as expected for me.

    I recommend creating a new post/page and adding the Shortcode there to see if the problem persists.

    If you were using a previous version of the plugin and were displaying your listings with Meta Boxes or Widgets then I recommend deleting those to avoid conflicts.

    If you are still having problems then I recommend disabling the WordPress plugin and creating your snippets here.
