    To easily translate the WP User Frontend plugin, I would suggest you can use Loco Translator Plugin. Please watch this video, and follow the steps on how to translate the plugin using the Loco Translator Plugin.

    I’ve tested the translator for the English language, but you can test it in any language. I hope your problem will be solved.
