As mentioned in previous thread
– Go and download your .mo and po language-files here
– Upload them to the plugins language folder
– rename the two files to tribe-events-calendar-es_ES.mo and po

Sorry for the issues.
I downloaded the translation files and the issue was resolved for me. I had to do this after the 3.10.1 update too unfortunately.
Here is where I got them from:
http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects/tribe-events-calendar/es/default
I had to rename the file as well as onolux mentioned.
I am checking now on why the updated translation files did not get included and working to get those moved over ASAP.

Hi Manuel,
We have fixed the 3.10.1 update and it now includes the latest translation files.
I recommend if you are having translation issues to get a fresh copy of the 3.10.1 release and see if that resolves the issue.
