Problem with Ultimate WP Mail integration

Hi,

We’ve purchased two licenses of Ultimate Reviews, our aim was for when users order our high performance coilovers we would prompt them for to leave a review.

So far we’ve had the following issues:

1. Users can only submit a single image attachement when leaving a review in the frontend.
2. We have to maintain a piece of Javascript to exclude products from the review dropdown to prevent unwanted products from appearing (this isn’t very client friendly).
3. Emails –> User Stats shows 194 users, where we’ve have over 5000 orders on the site. Something is wrong here?
4. It’s not clear if a user leaves a review, that they will stop getting reminders to leave reviews. We don’t want to keep sending reminders for users that have left reviews, equally we can’t just send it once in case the customer doesn’t get it.
5. In the documentation it states “Reminders can be stopped for a specific order by going to the WooCommerce “Orders” tab and unselecting the “Send Reminders”
checkbox” – This checkbox doesn’t exist!
6. Reviews aren’t linked to the product, when you submit a review, and then view it on the page with [ultimate-reviews] shortcode on it, it doesn’t link to the product!

I think this plugin has potential, but has a number of issues which is dissapointing.
